#20 Blockchain, Web 3.0 and .NET developer, or… monkeys for thousands of dollars

Let's put the cat among the pigeons. Blockchain is a fascinating, yet very controversial technology. In this session, we will take a look at how it works - including some dives into Ethereum Virtual Machine and how it may relate to CLR. We will try to answer what blockchain can actually give us, in the form of so-called Web 3.0. Is this an inevitable revolution or is it just a fad mostly related to financial scams and frauds? Moreover, we will see how we can use these technologies as .NET developers, both from "client" and "your own blockchain owner" perspectives.
